They're showing it in freakish and increasingly absurd ways. There's a guy that— you don't know him yet I don't think, but there's this fucking guy— don't say that— a priest named Morfid who steals your hair and hides under your bed. I don't think that counts as worshipping Diche at that point.

But, uh, humans do that. I mean, I'm taller than a lot of humans are, but that's still something that happens. I was about average height for a child my age back then, and I only really shot up like that during puberty.
I am not one to tell someone how they can or can't worship. It is important for people to express their faith in ways they find comfort with. I am a fragment of the goddess, so that surely confuses people how to respond to my presence in general. It is why Diche crafted this form like so - she wanted me to be as far less intimidating as I can be so people would not fear me.
More than that... I am also meant to be someone who saves Orbis. People are... They are told that I will, as well. Not that there is a chance I will fail, nor that there will be loss along the way, nor that I am only barely strong enough to fight the Archdemon alone, but that I will defeat him and bring peace.

I was sort of unruly... and yeah, I really was worried you would suffocate in that glass, and was always mad on your behalf. I remember really wanting to talk to you while you were asleep, but obviously you couldn't respond... and then you woke up, and in each of my lives, I got to talk to you, and stand at your side. I guess fate sort of has a way, doesn't it?
I do not believe they knew what I was. A fragment of a goddess meant for war - many saw me as an end of their hardships, and others as simply a weapon. But I never minded.
